My neighborhood is a mess. Not because of trash or homelessness — it’s pigeons. My neighbor feeds these flying rats every day and it is disgusting. This problem has been going on for years and everyone on my street has asked my neighbor various times to stop feeding the birds. However, nothing has changed. The Department of Health has come over to the house several times, but still my neighbor feeds the birds every day.
